Luxury Downtown Home • Walk Everywhere • Boutique

Collin’s place is so comfortable. The house is beautiful, linens and bedding are so cozy and high quality. The kitchen has everything you need and lots of options for coffee. They have really put in a lot of effort to make you feel at home. The place has great parking and being downtown gives you access to shops, restaurants, and trails. We had a great time not having to drive everywhere. Collin was an attentive host and very responsive to questions. Differently will be back

The hosts were incredibly communicative and gracious to allow us access to the basement to store our bags pre and post checkout. They were even so thoughtful as to leaving us a welcome gift basket full of local snacks and knick-knacks. The house was near downtown, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Everything in the house was beautiful and high-end. It felt like we were staying at an upscale hotel. The bathroom had a heated floor and there were iPads nested in the walls to control the settings. They even had a Breville espresso machine and provided espresso beans. The bathrooms were fully stoked with everything you could need: makeup wipes, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer (Dyson), towels, and even laundry detergent. My friends and I were in awe of all the amenities. Would highly recommend this house and would rebook if we are ever back in the area.

Exceptional accommodations with great attention to detail and squeaky clean. Moreover, decor was outstanding and tons of high-end features with the cappuccino and espresso maker. Very close to downtown and able to walk to fabulous location great communication. This is a must stay for Juneau.
